How can I pay for my reservation?
50% of your reservation must be paid in advance by bank transfer. The other 50% is charged at check-in and can be done by bank transfer, pix, credit and debit cards or in cash.
When making a reservation you will receive an email with the transfer data.
When can I check in? When do I need to check out?
Standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Can I check in online?
Yes, two days before your reservation you will receive an email with a link to check-in, speeding up the process when you arrive at The Search House.
What types of rooms do you offer?
We offer private suites, booked per room and per night. Our shared rooms are booked per bed and per night.
All our rooms include bed linen, towels, air conditioning and bathroom in the room.
Can I store my luggage at The Search House for a few days?
The Search House offers free luggage storage for the first 24 hours.
How do I book an activity, transfer or experience?

What does the Dayuse purchase include?
Day Use includes the use of our outdoor areas and activities such as swimming pool, skate park, futmesa table, restrooms, showers, beach access and rest areas.
Is it possible to add an extra bed to a private room?
Most of our private rooms do not have space for an extra bed. To see if it is possible to add an extra bed to your reservation, please contact us through our communication channels.
Is The Search House suitable for children?
Yes, but only for Day Use. However, it is necessary to have a responsible adult accompanying you.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
On dates where there are 18+ rated events, children are not allowed at The Search House.
Can I take my pet?
Yes, but only for Day Use. However, please contact the desired The Search House for applicable policies.
We do not charge an extra fee for pets, but the responsibility for any damage is the responsibility of the owners.
How do The Search House events work?
Throughout the year we hold several events at The Search House, such as parties, surf camps, demo days, clinics, among others.
If you would like to hold an event with us, please contact us. We will be happy to receive them. Among the possible events we hold birthdays, workshops, corporate meetings, and experiences.
We do not rent our space for commercial parties with the sale of tickets to third parties.
How do I apply to work or volunteer at The Search House?
Unfortunately we are not currently participating in any programs.
Where can I park my car?
Parking not available. However it is possible to stop the car on the street of the unit.
How to partner with The Search House?
Partnerships with influencers, video makers, bloggers, events and commercials are welcome at The Search House. Contact us by email contato@thesearchhouse.com.br, and we will analyze the desired partnership.
Need help with your booking cancellation or modification?
Contact the desired unit by email and we will be happy to assist you. Reservations made with OTA's (Booking.com, Hostworld.com, etc) must be modified directly on the website where the reservation was made.
