Did you love your little one? I hope so, otherwise you can exchange or return your parts. We want our customers always satisfied! Our exchange policy is based on the consumer protection code, respecting the laws and our customers. 

IMPORTANT: We will not accept exchanges or returns without prior communication by email or outside the established deadline. 


EXCHANGES
According to article 49 of the consumer code, any exchange or return must be communicated by email to contato@thesearchhouse.com.br within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase.
We only accept products accompanied by TAG  and not showing any signs of use on the piece, that is: No modifications, odors or damage.

STEPS: 
To request an exchange, contact us via email: contato@thesearchhouse.com.br with the subject: EXCHANGE PURCHASE ONLINE .
Your contact must contain the following information: Full name, order number and which part you received and which you want to exchange. (Exchange for color or size is subject to availability in our stock, we will confirm with you in the email).
After we receive the email, we send the reverse label and you will have 7 business days to post it to the Post Office.
When we receive your exchange, we will review it to confirm that everything is ok and we have already sent your box.
 
RETURNS
According to article 49 of the consumer code, any exchange or return must be communicated by email to contato@thesearchhouse.com.br within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase.
STEPS: 
To do so, just contact us by e-mail: contato@thesearchhouse.com.br with the subject: RETURN.
Your contact must contain the information: Full name, order number. 
As soon as the product arrives, we analyze it, and if it is in accordance with our shipment, we will proceed with the chargeback.
